In today's episode I talk about recognizing what is scary and what is dangerous. Typically we believe they are both associated, but that's not the case. We have to know what we can do to control both and how to live with them. While dangerous is the real threat, something that is scary can paralyze us and not allow us to live the life we wish to live.
